At Tended Root, our care model is built around depth, presence, and transformation. We’ve designed longer sessions to allow time for your nervous system to settle, for trust to build, and for therapeutic movement to occur.

This work is supported by a foundation of strong clinical training, skilled medical expertise, and spiritual practice. Our fees reflect the level of attunement and training we bring to every session. You are investing in care that honors your whole being and supports sustainable, long-term healing.

  • A comprehensive psychiatric and medical evaluation that allows ample time for deep listening, thorough assessment, and a clear plan tailored to your healing journey.

    90 minutes - $630

  • Ongoing therapeutic sessions focused on somatic and psychiatric integration, providing substantial space for emotional processing, somatic therapy, and individualized care. Appointments may be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs and goals. If supportive for your treatment plan, somatic bodywork will be incorporated into these sessions, as well as any medication management needs.

    75 minutes - $525

  • This session is focused solely on somatic therapy and hands-on bodywork. It is available for individuals who are not receiving psychiatric medical care at the clinic or who are booking separate sessions with our somatic practitioners. These sessions support nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, and structural transformation.

    75 minutes - $335

  • These are shorter, focused sessions intended specifically for medication management held in a somatic container. They are ideal for clients who are engaged in ongoing psychotherapy or somatic bodywork outside of our clinic and are seeing Tended Root primarily for medication management.

    45 minutes - $360

  • We believe that up-to-date lab work is an essential part of integrative psychiatry. When appropriate, we will offer in-house lab draws during your scheduled appointment to minimize the need for outside appointments or additional time away from your daily life.

    The phlebotomy service is free of charge and provided during your scheduled appointment.

    The cost of the laboratory tests will be billed directly to you or your insurance provider by the laboratory processing the samples.

  • In order to provide our patients with the highest quality of care—free from insurance-driven constraints—we do not bill insurance at this time. However, we are happy to accept FSA and HSA cards and can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance provider.

    Your credit card on file will be billed before each scheduled session. If you are on OHP, we provide services at 20% reduced fee.

  • We respectfully request cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur the full session fee, except in cases of genuine emergencies.

    We hold these boundaries thoughtfully to ensure consistent, quality care and attention for each of our patients.
